We are honored to have Jacob Scherr to conduct our upcoming concert on October 14th. A passionate music educator, Jacob Scherr has been the director of bands and orchestras at Mount Vernon High School since fall 2009. Mr. Scherr also co-founded the Whatcom Wind Ensemble, a community band located in Bellingham, Washington.
